I worked in the fitness industry all my life as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. When I was teaching, it was extremely important for me to create a experience where members feel included. It didn't matter if they were member for decade or new to the gym. EVERYONE was important and I was dedicate to make each person feel welcome in my class. There was no judgment, I allowed people being who they are and do what feel good for them whatever where they were in their fitness journey. U DO U was born to do so. I always wanted a Fitness brand representing my vision of freedom of being who you are doing whats good for you. I wanted to offer products that can help people in their fitness journey.
